Zlatko Koštić

Zlatko Koštić is an experienced professional in the banking sector with a strong background in product management and business analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Product Management for non-risk bearing products at Addiko Bank Hrvatska since July 2021, Zlatko previously held the position of Business System Architect at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., where responsibilities included analyzing business processes to enhance information solutions. A significant part of Zlatko's career was spent at Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska, where various roles included Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, focusing on business process evaluation, requirements analysis, and software solution development. Zlatko’s early career involved roles in foreign transaction processing and sales at Bella-1 d.o.o. Zlatko's education includes a general grammar school diploma from Gimnazija Sisak and continued studies at the University of Zagreb.
