Head of Modelling & Optimisation at Addionics

Hicham Machrouki, PhD has had a varied and extensive career in engineering. In 2010, they began teaching part-time at the Universit\u00e9 de Poitiers. In 2011, they accepted a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Inria and a CFD Engineer role at GANTHA, where they managed the LaBS CFD Software and conducted aerodynamic studies for Renault, PSA, Alstom, Airbus, and Michelin. In 2015, they became the Technical Manager Aero/Thermal CFD at PSA Group, managing a CFD team and ensuring cooling performance for engine components. In 2019, they took on the role of HV Battery Cooling System Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover UK, where they optimized the hydraulic performance of the Battery cooling system and assessed the electro-thermal behavior of the HV Battery. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Head of Modelling & Optimisation at Addionics.

Hicham Machrouki, PhD earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Fluid Mechanics from Institut Pprime between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Fluid-Structure Interactions from Université de Moncton in 2006-2007.
