Yvonne Johnsey

Yvonne Johnsey has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at AddOn Networks and ProLabs since July 2019 and August 2018, respectively. Yvonne has held leadership positions as a Customer Service Team Leader in both companies, demonstrating strong skills in enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Yvonne worked at Teleperformance as a bilingual customer support advisor and warranty expert from July 2015 to July 2018. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Stanton House Hotel as a Senior Supervisor in the restaurant sector from May 2004 to June 2015.
