Estelle Otterstedt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management consulting. Currently serving as Chief Service Delivery Officer at AddPro AB since January 2020, Estelle oversees approximately 300 employees and is responsible for both managed and professional services. Previously, Estelle held key positions, including Head of Professional Services at AddPro and Branch Manager at Transcendent Group, where expertise in governance, risk, and compliance was cultivated. Estelle’s background also includes roles at EY, Stratsys, Fred Holmberg & Co AB, and Dell, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management, strategic consulting, and sales. Estelle holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Lund University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
