Suzi White (Harstrick)

Suzi White (Harstrick) has a long history of successful work experience. Suzi began their career at Charles Schwab in 1984, where they held progressive management positions. In 1997, they moved to E*TRADE Financial as VP Customer Contact, where they directed the development and build of E*TRADE's Customer Contact Strategy. In 2002, Suzi joined Zzyyxx Management Services as Customer Care & Contact Operations Executive, where they delivered transitional line management for Customer Care organizations. In 2006, Suzi was hired by The Peer Group as SVP Customer Care, where they addressed persistent 300% attrition, under-capacity staffing, and ineffective systems and sales tools. In 2011, they moved to Motif Investing as Vice President Customer Service, where they built a Customer Service center from the ground up. In 2017, Suzi co-founded Zzyyxx Consulting Group and also joined Lumity, Inc. as Vice President Client Services. Most recently, in 2021, Suzi was appointed Vice President Client Success at Addressablemail.com.

Suzi White (Harstrick) obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon between 1979 and 1984. Suzi also holds certifications as an Accident and Health Agent from the State of California, and Series 7, 63 and 24 FINRA from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
