Kirk Pompeo

Kirk Pompeo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Hospice Sales at Addus HomeCare since April 2020, Kirk has previously held key leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Heartland Home Health & Hospice and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CommuniCare Health Services, where oversight included business development for multiple care facilities. A former Vice President at PharMerica, Kirk led a comprehensive sales and client management team while also directing corporate sales strategies.
