Teresa Bergeron

Teresa Bergeron is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations and Business Partnership at Addus HomeCare since April 2021. In this role, Teresa provides strategic and operational leadership for the Home Health and Hospice Division, focusing on the development and implementation of best practice people strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Prior to this position, Teresa held various roles at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, culminating in the National Director of Human Resources position, overseeing HR strategy across multiple states. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Generalist at Delva Tool and Machine Corporation and Project Assistant at Puente Construction Enterprises, Inc.
