Gavin Robertson

Gavin Robertson is an experienced Executive Head Chef with a career spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Head Chef at Adelaide Convention Centre since May 2015, Gavin previously held the same title at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley from June 2012 to May 2015, overseeing culinary operations at a 4 ½ star hotel known for hosting a variety of events. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Head Chef within InterContinental Hotels Group, and earlier as Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach—both established venues recognized for their dining and event hosting capabilities.
