Frank Coughlan

Frank Coughlan is an accomplished Executive Head Chef with extensive experience in high-quality food service management. Currently with BaxterStorey since July 2014, Frank collaborates with the Obsessed Food team and plays a vital role in supporting new contracts and openings across the UK and Holland. Previously, Frank served as Executive Head Chef at Delaware North UK from August 2007 to June 2014, overseeing food and beverage operations with a revenue of over £22 million and managing a team of over 200 chefs. Frank also held executive roles at Compass Group, Cicadia, Sodexo, and Gate Gourmet, demonstrating a strong background in menu development, culinary strategy, and staff training. Education includes City & Guilds qualifications obtained from Crawley College.
