Ivanna Zubarieva started their work experience at Adelina Call Center in 2009 as a Call Agent. Ivanna then worked their way up to become a Supervisor for eCommerce and later a Quality Supervisor. From 2017 to 2023, they served as the Head of the quality management department. Currently, they hold the position of Business Analyst at the company.

Before joining Adelina Call Center, Ivanna worked as a Teacher at a school from 2008 to 2010.

Ivanna Zubarieva obtained their Master's degree from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 2005 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have earned several certifications, including Certified QMS Internal Auditor Training Course from Bureau Veritas Ukraine in July 2021, Microsoft Power BI from LearnPowerBI.com in January 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in July 2022.
