Katrina Marsden is a seasoned professional in biodiversity and nature policy with extensive experience managing projects for notable clients such as the European Commission and the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation at adelphi in Berlin since January 2014. Previously, Katrina served as a Senior Researcher for the Scottish Parliament, providing briefings on rural affairs, and as an Agriculture and Rural Development Policy Officer for the RSPB, where involvement in policy development occurred at both Scottish and European levels. Earlier career highlights include work as a researcher at the Ecologic Institute in Berlin. Katrina holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management and a degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford.
