Juan Pablo Monardez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as the Project and Service Spares BU Manager at ADELTE since November 2022, Juan Pablo focuses on enhancing airport, seaport, and road transport operations. Previously, Juan Pablo held the role of Product Manager at PUJOL EVALAM UK LTD, where responsibilities included strategy development, resource planning, and customer relationship management utilizing Agile methodologies. Juan Pablo’s experience also encompasses strategic business planning at Mémora, field service engineering at HP, and mechanical engineering internships in both Italy and Spain. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a Master of Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
