Michael Ball

Michael Ball has a diverse work experience in the field of financial planning and analysis, business decision support, and business intelligence. Michael has held various roles at Adena Health System, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Decision Support, Manager of Financial Planning, Business Intelligence Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Black Belt. In these roles, they have led and implemented cost accounting software, produced profitability reporting, developed departmental level statistics, implemented budgeting and financial planning software, and conducted data mining and modeling. Michael has also received training and certification as a Black Belt and provided training for Yellowbelt and Greenbelt classes.

Michael Ball received their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ohio University in 2008. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Business (Finance) from the same university, which they completed between 2016 and 2018.
