David Hughes

David Hughes has held various leadership positions throughout their career. David currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at HDI Insurance LTD and Bolton Valley Resort. Previously, they were the SVP Acquisitions at ADENTRA Group. David has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at New England Precision, Inc., a precision metal stamping company. Prior to that, they were a Private Investor at Pinnacle Ridge Partners, LLC. Earlier in their career, they served as the President of Rugby Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Hardwoods Distribution, Inc., and as the President and CEO of Rugby Acquisition, LLC. David also held the roles of President and CEO at Burgon Tool Steel and President, COO at NORTH PACIFIC GROUP. David started their career as a Vice President/Team Leader ABL at Bank of America (successor to Fleet Bank of New Hampshire).
