Raphael Shure

Rafi manages all internal and client-facing operations, including finance, IT, professional services, and global support. Since 2013, he has been a key member of the executive team, starting out as Vice President of Strategic Programs focused on corporate development and operational improvement initiatives, before moving to professional services as Senior Vice President and Chief Client Officer. Most recently, he has focused on prioritizing investment within Aderant, delivering enhanced client outcomes, and driving operational excellence.

Prior to Aderant, Rafi worked as an investment professional at Thoma Bravo, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on software and services companies. Before Thoma Bravo, he worked at Cambridge Associates, an investment advisory firm, where he advised institutional investors on private equity investments across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Rafi earned an MBA with honors distinction from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BA in Government and Economics from Cornell University.
