Claudia Ruzzi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Claudia started their career at Ferrero as a Sales & Merchandiser in 1998 and worked until 1999. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Wolvenberg n.v. as a Sales Representative. Claudia then joined Pami Workspace Designers in 2006 as a Sales & Management Assistant and worked until 2008. Following that, they worked at Isabel Group as a Management Assistant to the M&S Director in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, they joined ADESA Europe NV as a PA to the CEO & Human Resources, and later progressed to the role of HR Manager Europe from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Claudia is the HR Director Europe at ADESA Europe NV, where they value creating a unique company culture and aligning HR projects with business goals.

Claudia Ruzzi has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended HRD Academy and completed the Certified Coach Program: Fundamentals. In 2017, they took a course on Change Fundamentals at Vlerick Business School. From 2015 to 2016, Claudia attended Vlerick Business School again and obtained an Executive Masterclass in Human Resources Management. Claudia also completed a course on Essentials in Strategy at Vlerick Business School in 2015. In 1994, Claudia studied Criminology at KU Leuven, and from 1990 to 1994, they pursued Arts & Sciences at Phiko Hasselt. Claudia completed their secondary education in Latin-Mathematics at OLV Lyceum Genk from 1988 to 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Claudia has gained several additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Management & Organisation from Open Universiteit Studiecentrum Hasselt. In 2020, Claudia became an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner through Insights Benelux. Claudia also obtained certifications in Persuading & Influencing from NCOI Learning in 2018, Lean in HR from IFBD in 2017, Time & Stress Management from Cevora/Cefora (year not specified), and Business Administration from Qrios in 2002.
