Roberta Ragone

Roberta Ragone serves as the HR Director Europe at Emeren Group since February 2025, managing HR strategies and operations across seven countries while fostering HR initiatives and compliance. Previously, Roberta held the position of Head of Human Resources at APM Terminals from May 2019 to May 2025, leading a team in talent development and people management within a global logistics environment. Additional experience includes a Human Resources Project Manager role at Dompémar, where responsibilities encompassed organizational analysis and restructuring, and managerial roles at Grifols and Astellas Pharma focusing on HR functions and workforce management in Italy and Hungary.
