Maddalena Uggeri

Maddalena Uggeri is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Adevinta since November 2021, Maddalena previously held the position of HR Director for Product & Tech and Benelux at the same company. Prior to Adevinta, Maddalena worked at Adyen as HR Business Partner for COO & Finance Global from January 2020 to November 2021. Maddalena's experience at ING includes roles as Global HR Business Partner for COO Challenger & Growth Markets, Global HRBP for Data Management and Information Security, and Senior HR Business Partner for TECH, among others. Maddalena began the HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at ING Italia from 2006 to 2010. Maddalena holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, completed in 2004.
