Jennifer Hanson

Jennifer Hanson currently serves as the Chief People Officer at CarGurus since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held senior leadership positions at Accolade, Inc., including Senior Corporate Advisor and Chief Human Resources Officer, where significant HR transformations were implemented. At Fidelity Investments, Jennifer excelled in various roles, such as SVP and Head of Fidelity Medicare Services, where a digital Medicare start-up was launched, and SVP, Managing Director at Fidelity Labs, focusing on innovative solutions for improving client experiences. Jennifer also contributed as SVP, Head of Associate Experience & Benefits, and VP & Associate General Counsel, overseeing employee benefits for over 50,000 employees. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Tufts Health Plan and legal counsel at Unicare. Jennifer earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northeastern University School of Law.
