Ruben Pannevis

Ruben Pannevis is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in consumer goods and digital marketplaces. Currently, Ruben serves as the Head of Value Creation at Adevinta, a global digital marketplace company backed by Blackstone and Permira. Prior to this role, Ruben was the Chief Transformation Officer at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, where responsibilities included driving the company's Value Creation Plan and overseeing the global Ecommerce and European operations. Ruben's previous experience includes pivotal roles at Bain & Company as an Associate Partner, at Beiersdorf as Country Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium, and at Procter & Gamble in various leadership positions. Ruben holds an MSc in Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a leadership degree from IMD, and has completed studies in Liberal Arts at Millersville University.
