Susana Vicente Granda

Susana Vicente Granda has a diverse work experience in talent development, human resources, and training. Susana is currently working as the Global Talent Development Director at Adevinta. Prior to this role, they were a Lecturer at the Institut de Formació Contínua IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona, specializing in HR Organization and Talent Management. Susana also served as the People & Comms Director and Head of Talent Development & People BP Finance/Strategy at Adevinta Spain. Additionally, they worked as a Global Talent Development professional at Affinity Petcare. Susana has previous experience at Zurich Insurance plc, where they held positions such as Talent Development Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Consultant Business Partner. Susana also worked as a Training & Development Consultant at Omneom Consulting and as an HR Technician at Adecco for Zurich Financial Services.

Susana Vicente Granda has pursued various educational and certification programs throughout their career. In 2023, they attended MIT Sloan Executive Education and completed a course in Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World. From 2018 to 2019, they obtained a Master Consultant in Organizational Development degree from the GR Global Institute for Organizational Development. In 2013 and 2014, Susana earned an Executive Coach Certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation. Previously, they pursued a European Master on Work, Organizational & Personnel Psychology - WOP-P (Full Time) from Universitat de Barcelona between 2006 and 2008. In 2001, Susana completed their undergraduate studies, earning a Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organization from Universidad de Oviedo. In addition to their formal education, they hold additional certifications in Learning Agility from Korn Ferry and an Executive Coach Certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching, obtained in 2019 and 2014, respectively.
