Dr Pushyanti Shukla

Dr. Pushyanti Shukla has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Dr Pushyanti began their career as a Jr. Correspondent at p7 news from September 2008 to August 2009, where they worked as a primary reporter for various political parties and government ministries. Following that, they worked as a News Anchor at Zee News- UP/Uttarakhand from September 2009 to August 2011, where they handled news anchoring and program production.

In 2011, Dr. Shukla joined Sharda University as a Research Associate from August 2011 to June 2012. Dr Pushyanti then moved to Perfect Relations as an Associate Image Manager from July 2013 to February 2014.

Since 2014, Dr. Shukla has been associated with Adfactors PR, starting as an Assistant Account Manager from March 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they handled clients from IT, Telecom, Education, Real Estate, and Social Sectors. Dr Pushyanti supervised a team of six individuals, developed PR strategies and plans, ensured client satisfaction, and managed media relations.

Dr. Shukla was then promoted to Account Manager at Adfactors PR from April 2016 to March 2017, where they continued managing clients and overseeing a team. Dr Pushyanti further advanced to the position of Senior Account Manager from April 2017 to April 2021, before becoming an Account Director from April 2021 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Sr. Account Director at Adfactors PR starting from April 2023.

Throughout their career, Dr. Pushyanti Shukla has gained extensive expertise in public relations, media relations, client management, and team supervision.

Dr. Pushyanti Shukla has a diverse and extensive education history. Dr Pushyanti obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from Kanpur University in 2006. In the same year, they also completed a Diploma in Computer Science from Aptech University.

Dr Pushyanti then pursued a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya from 2006 to 2008. Following that, in 2010, Dr. Shukla earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science from Himachal Pradesh University.

In 2012, they acquired a Qualified UGC_NET degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University Grants Commission (UGC). The same year, they also successfully completed the National Eligibility Test (NET).

Dr. Shukla continued their academic journey by pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2013 to 2015.

From 2013 to 2020, Dr. Shukla attended Sharda University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.

In 2019, they undertook two additional educational programs. Dr Pushyanti completed a program on Stepping into Leadership from the Indian School of Business and a program in Marketing Communication-PR from MICA | The School of Ideas.

Dr. Shukla further expanded their academic profile in 2021 by completing a certificate program in Exercising Leadership from HarvardX. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution in the same year.

Throughout their career, Dr. Pushyanti Shukla has also obtained various certifications. These include edX Verified Certificate for Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from edX in 2021, and several certifications from LinkedIn, such as Building Resilience, Developing Resourcefulness, Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, Leading Virtual Meetings, Managing Stress for Positive Change, Managing Virtual Teams, Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks, Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset, Remote Work Foundations, Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity, and Time Management: Working from Home, all of which they completed in 2020.
