Meghana Bhuma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Meghana started their career as an intern at The Hindu and Dakshinya, Institutes for the Mentally Handicapped in 2015. Meghana then worked as a Content Writer at The Campus Connect, where they focused on improving English and communication skills in rural schools.
In 2016, Meghana worked as a Copy Writer Intern at J Walter Thompson, where they gained experience in market research, ad analysis, and copywriting for clients such as Hamstech and thehlabel.com.
From 2017 to 2018, they transitioned to customer service and worked as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Development Center.
In 2019, Meghana joined Genesis BCW as an Account Coordinator, handling clients in the Consumer Technology practice, including Uber, BookMyShow, and Mpower. Meghana then took on the role of Account Executive, driving media campaigns for enterprise technology clients such as Accenture and SAP Labs India.
Their most recent experience is at Adfactors PR, where they started as a Senior Account Executive, managing media campaigns for clients like Clumio and Bahwan CyberTek. Meghana has since been promoted to Assistant Account Manager.
Throughout their various roles, Meghana has developed skills in client servicing, media relations, event management, and content generation. Meghana has worked with a range of prominent brands and organizations, showcasing their adaptability and versatility in the communication and PR field.
Meghana Bhuma started their education at St Luke's Public School in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh from 2003 to 2012. Meghana then attended Abhyudaya Mahila Junior College in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh from 2012 to 2014, where they completed their Intermediate degree with a focus on Mathematics, Economics, and Commerce. Meghana continued their education at Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2014 to 2017, earning their Bachelor's degree from the School of Communication with a major in Journalism and Communication Studies. In 2017, they participated in a Semester Exchange Program at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they studied Public Relations, Feature Writing, Professional Communication, Social Media, and self and society. Finally, in 2018 and 2019, Meghana attended the Emdi Institute of Media and Communication to pursue a Post Graduation diploma in Advertising and Public Relations.
