Amy Wellings, CHRL, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership consulting and talent management. Currently serving as Manager of HR Programs at ADGA Group since April 2019, Amy has held roles such as HR Team Lead and Talent Business Partner. Prior experience includes leadership consulting at AW Leadership Solutions, senior HR consulting at Stratford Managers Corporation, and various HR roles at NAV CANADA, Hydro Ottawa, and Halogen Software. Amy's expertise encompasses authentic leadership development, succession planning, recruitment processes, and health and safety program compliance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and additional education from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
