Dominique Henry

Dominique Henry, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Global HR & Talent Programs at Ziff Davis, leading initiatives such as succession planning and performance management for Ookla. As President of Black@ZD, Dominique oversees operations of the global employee resource group, managing an annual budget and programming for over 5,000 employees. Prior experience includes managing HR Operations for Ziff Media Group and a series of technical recruiting roles at companies like Intel Corporation and DISYS. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Southern University and is pursuing a certificate in Human Resource Management from Rice University.
