Eric LE DOUAIRON possesses extensive experience in the healthcare and travel industries, particularly focusing on services for individuals with disabilities. As the founding associate of sarl prestium loisirs since March 2017, Eric has developed tailored travel solutions for adults with disabilities. In addition, Eric has been managing a franchised agency for Adhap Services since September 2008, specializing in home support services. With over 17 years of leadership experience in multiple organizations, including Domidom, where Eric led three agencies specializing in home care and directed the opening of new service agencies, Eric has demonstrated a strong ability to manage operations and enhance service delivery. Previous roles include directorships at La Valériane, Clinique Montmartre, CLININVEST, and MEDIDEP, further showcasing expertise in healthcare management and operational optimization. Educational qualifications include a DESS in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Université de Nanterre and an engineering degree from CY Cergy Paris Université.
