Louise Sockett

Louise Sockett is an experienced HR and organizational design professional currently serving as the Director of Organization Design at adidas since September 2024. Prior to this role, Louise worked as a Principal Consultant at Q5, focusing on strategic organizational design and development. Previous experience includes key HR roles at The Global Fund, where significant achievements involved enhancing HR Business Partner visibility and crafting strategic HR initiatives, as well as leading HR efforts at the British Council and Granite Services. Notable contributions also include serving as HR Director for Sanofi and HR Director for the Middle East and Africa at Emerson, where Louise successfully developed and implemented comprehensive HR strategies. Louise holds two master's degrees in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University and Middlesex University Dubai.
