Milagros Genaro has a diverse work experience in various companies. Milagros is currently working as an Operations Team Lead at adidas since October 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they served as a Wholesale Assistant Manager at Macy's, where they achieved impressive sales results and improved the gross margin percentage. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Lacoste in 2016, where they successfully turned around the store's negative sales trend and implemented operational excellence.
