Nikola Faulkner

Nikola Faulkner began their work experience in 2006 at Kuehne + Nagel, where they worked in Corporate Development & Training until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Credit Suisse as a Senior Business Manager & Leadership Development Expert. In 2013, they joined Swiss and had two roles: Global HR Business Partner Reinsurance from 2013 to 2019, and Head Group COO Executive Office from 2019 to 2021. Their most recent role is as VP Global Supply Chain Transformation & Innovation at adidas, starting in December 2021.

Nikola Faulkner pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Griffith University. Later, they completed a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, also at Griffith University.
