Joe Bennett

Joe Bennett is Adient’s senior vice president and chief information officer. In this role, Joe lead Adient’s IT initiatives and teams.

Previously, Bennett served as vice president and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) since joining Adient in March 2021. In this time, he has strategized and implemented numerous cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard their data assets.

Prior to joining Adient, Bennett worked for more than 20 years at a variety of companies as a security, risk management and IT professional. Most recently, he served as vice president and CISO for Hertz.

Bennett was recognized by Tech Exec Network (T.E.N.) in the 2011, 2012, and 2015 Information Security Executive (ISE) Awards and was a national judge for ISE in 2016-2019 and 2022.
