Markus Sauer

Markus Sauer is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Lead Quality Engineer at Adient since November 2016, Markus oversees employee management for two direct reports and plays a critical role in Advanced Quality Planning for the Core Recliner Business. Previous roles include Project Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls and Junior Quality Engineer at C. Rob. Hammerstein GmbH & Co. KG, where core competencies included quality planning and process improvement methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, and Six Sigma. Markus began their career as a Milling Machine Operator and has a solid foundation in machinery and quality coordination. Markus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and is a Staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker from Westfale Akademie Dortmund.
