Mónica Mikuski

Head of User Acquisition at Adikteev

Mónica Mikuski has extensive work experience in marketing and advertising roles. Mónica started their career in 2007 as a Sales Executive at Legensoft, where they handled B2B sales and built relationships with clients. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Project Manager at Diemo C.A., managing strategic partnerships and coordinating commercial and development teams.

In 2012, Mónica joined Undosxtres.com as a Digital Marketing Manager, focusing on digital marketing strategy, content strategy, and optimizing e-commerce and sales flow. Mónica then moved to Gameloft in 2013 and held various positions, including B2C Marketing Manager, Mobile Advertising Account Manager for Chile, Perú, and Bolivia, and Mobile User Acquisition Manager Worldwide. In these roles, they conducted business analysis, optimized campaigns, managed affiliates and media buying, and handled campaign performance analysis.

Most recently, Mónica worked at Ten Square Games as a Lead Product Marketing Manager, where they served from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they led product marketing efforts and contributed to their success.

Currently, Mónica is working as the Head of User Acquisition at Adikteev, an app re-engagement platform, where they have been employed since 2023.
