Carlos Medina has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Carlos started their career at BMC Software as an Account Manager, where they achieved 110% of their sales quota in 2005 and successfully secured significant software sales contracts. Carlos then moved on to Citrix Systems as a Field Sales Manager, where they exceeded their sales quota in 2007 and maintained strong relationships with key partners and clients such as Banamex and Wal-Mart.

After that, Carlos joined KIO Networks as a Channel Manager/Outsourcing Specialist, overseeing channel development and managing outsourcing projects. Carlos later worked at Ingram Micro as a Business Value Manager, responsible for sales with distribution channels and achieving quota fulfillment in multiple months.

Carlos then worked at Axtel as a Corporate Sales Manager, responsible for developing and enabling sales of various services and products to corporate customers. Carlos successfully acquired new customers and consistently fulfilled their acquisition quota.

At Cisco Systems, Carlos held several roles including Business Developer Manager for Advanced Services and Business Developer Manager for Partner Business and Dell EMC Alliance. Carlos was responsible for the development and enablement of business and technical aspects, as well as recruitment and selection of new channels. Carlos achieved 150% of their sales quota in 2013 and played a key role in the communication and integration between Cisco and its partners and distributors.

After that, Carlos worked at ABS Tecnología as a Commercial Manager, responsible for the Bajio territory. Carlos later joined Volteo Digital as a Sales Executive for LATAM, focusing on sales performance and client relationships.

Carlos's most recent role was with SolarWinds as the Mexico Channel Development Manager, where they led global commercial development efforts, achieved 102% of their sales quota, and developed various channel and distribution sales programs.

Currently, Carlos is working at Adistec as the PSM Mexico - Adistec Cloud Solutions, focusing on cloud solutions and sales strategies.

From 1986 to 1991, Carlos Medina attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on the field of English.
