Colleen McCarten is the VP of Account Management at Aditi Consulting. Colleen has over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on talent management and consultant care. Colleen has held leadership positions at several staffing companies, including Artech Information Systems, ASTD, Challenge Training & Consulting, and Alternative Resources Corporation. Colleen is a minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) certified professional with a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

Colleen McCarten graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a Bachelors in Finance and Information Systems. Colleen then went on to earn their Master's Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.

They are on a team with and Thomas Chandy - Country Head. Colleen McCarten reports to Paul Taylor, Chief Revenue Officer.
