Subhro B. is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Aditya Birla Capital, Subhro has also held significant positions including Head of HR at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Head of HR & VP at Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd, where responsibilities included General Manager of All India Industrial Relations and DGM of HR. Subhro's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Organisation Psychology from INSEAD and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
