Sudipta Chakraborty

Sudipta Chakraborty is a seasoned legal and compliance professional currently serving as Vice President of Group Legal & Compliance at Aditya Birla Group since February 2024. Previously, Sudipta held key positions including General Counsel and Head of Compliance at RoundGlass, and served as a Distinguished Visiting Faculty at Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Sudipta's extensive experience encompasses roles such as APAC Head - Global Corporate Tax at FMC Corporation, APAC Leader for Legal, Compliance, and Taxation at Adient, and Litigator at Economic Laws Practice. Sudipta has also worked as Litigation Counsel at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys, an International Tax Rotator at EY, and as an Associate in the Business Consulting Group at PwC. Educationally, Sudipta holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from the National Law School of India University and completed the India Women's Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School.
