Kunal Verma

Kunal Verma has a diverse work experience in the field of fundraising and non-profit organizations. Kunal currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital. Previously, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Centre for Fundraising, where they provided comprehensive fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations. Kunal also founded Donatio, an aggregator of funds for non-profit organizations. Kunal Verma has held leadership positions at Oxfam International, Resource Alliance, and OXFAM India, where they developed income growth strategies and managed marketing and communication efforts. Kunal has also served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at South Asian Fund Raising Group (SAFRG). Earlier in their career, Kunal Verma held fundraising positions at Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre, ChildFund India, and ActionAid International India.

Kunal Verma has a diverse education history. In 1996-1998, they completed a PGDBM degree in Marketing & Information Systems from Time - The Management School. In 2007, they pursued an ADVANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (AMP) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Additionally, in 2007, they obtained a Masters in Fundraising Management from Madurai Kamraj University. Kunal further enhanced their knowledge in Fundraising Management by completing a Post Graduation in Fundraising from Indiana University Indianapolis. In 2019, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business to study Fundraising Strategies. Kunal Verma most recently completed a Certificate in Business Strategy through Harvard Business School Online, focusing on opportunities to strengthen financial performance. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certificate in Fundraising Strategies from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a verified certificate of achievement in Strategy and the Sustainable Enterprise from edX.
