Diego Milesi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Diego is currently the Head of Project Management for Latin America at Adium, where they focus on expansion and growth strategies in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, they lead start-up projects in new countries, as well as M&A projects with multinational companies. Diego is also responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary areas and leading due diligence assessments. Previously, Diego worked at Tenaris for many years in various roles. Diego served as the Global Admin and Finance Senior Manager and Global Head of Transfer Pricing and Tax Compliance, where they led tax planning strategies and international compliance efforts for over 80 countries and 130 legal entities. Diego also held the position of South East Asia Admin and Finance Regional Manager and Regional CFO, overseeing financial insights for the South East Asia region. Additionally, Diego had pivotal roles in the Take-Over Project in Indonesia and in the establishment of a state-of-the-art plant in China. Prior to Tenaris, they were an IT functional analyst at Ternium Siderar. Diego's expertise includes financial management, tax compliance, and project leadership.

Diego Milesi's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Diego completed this degree from 1994 to 2000. In 2014, they pursued a postgraduate degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Universidad de Montevideo. Then, in 2017, Diego completed a postgraduate program titled "Transfer Prices: Controversies and new trends in international trade" at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained another postgraduate degree in Finance from Universidad de Montevideo.
