Yonglin Chen

Manager, Clinical Pharmacology at Adlai Nortye Biopharma

Yonglin Chen has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical research. From December 2018 to August 2021, they worked at Adlai Nortye USA Inc. where they held the role of Manager, Clinical Pharmacology. In this position, they were involved in clinical pharmacology studies and contributed to various documents and regulatory activities. Yonglin demonstrated a strong understanding of and compliance with GCP and GLP. Prior to that, from June 2014 to November 2018, Yonglin worked as a PostDoctoral Associate at Yale University. During this time, they conducted research on preclinical and clinical biomarkers in metabolic liver diseases and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis disease. Yonglin also investigated immune regulation and potential therapeutic candidates in these diseases using in vitro and in vivo models. Yonglin has also served as a reviewer for several scientific journals during their tenure at Yale University.

Yonglin Chen obtained a Ph.D in Immunology and Cellular Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biosciences at the same university. Yonglin Chen has also obtained several certifications including completion of the Monolix Pharmacometrics Spring School from Simulations Plus, Inc. in March 2023, completion of Principles of Clinical Pharmacology from The National Institutes of Health in June 2022, certification as a Certara Certified Population PK/PD Pharmacometrician (Level 1) using Phoenix NLME 8.0/8.1/8.2 from Certara in May 2023, certification as a Certara Certified NCA Analyst using Phoenix WinNonlin Version 8.3 from Certara in February 2023, completion of Good Laboratory Practice Training from PharmaLessons in January 2023, and completion of International Good Clinical Practice Training from PharmaLessons in January 2023.
