Nicola Wills

Nicola Wills currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Adler and Allan, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Nicola held similar roles at Portakabin from June 2015 to January 2024. Nicola's career in human resources began at UTC Aerospace Systems as an HR Advisor from May 2014 to May 2015, with earlier positions as an HR Officer and HR Graduate at Wm Morrisons Manufacturing between September 2011 and April 2014. Initial experience in the field was gained as an HR Intern during a placement year at GE Aviation from June 2009 to July 2010.
