Pascale Mina

Pascale Mina is the current Enterprise Business Development Team Lead at Administrate. Pascale has over 10 years of experience in business development and logistics. Pascale's previous positions include Business Development Manager at Lynx Facilities & Property Management, Asset & Energy Management, Facility Maintenance, and Beirut, Lebanon from June 2017 to March 2018. Pascale was also an Instructor at AUST from October 2015 to May 2016 where they were responsible for implementing new plans and strategies for Fundraising, preparing proposals and applying for grants, representing the Association in all Global and Local Meetings and Events, and coordinating with the International Federation. In July 2016, Pascale founded Beyond Achievers, an Academy that aims for Community Development and Empowers Youth through Advanced Educational Approaches and Personal/Professional Development Programs. Pascale has also served as a member of Board of Directors-International PR&Fundraising (Volunteer) at ALSEP from January 2015 to February 2021. Pascale's most recent position was Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Management Controller at Khoury Home Appliances from May 2009 to April 2015.

Pascale Mina has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Université La Sagesse, a Certified Supply Chain Professional CSCP from Morgan International - APICS Foundation Chicago, and a Masters 1 Business Administration from Lebanese University, Faculty of Economical Sciences& Business-Achrafieh. Pascale also has Certificates of Achievements in Personal Economics from INJAZ Association, Lebanon, and an Economics and Sociology Official Secondary Degree from Saint Joseph School-Antonine Sisters. Additionally, Pascale Mina has a Masters in Organizational Leadership from La Sagesse as well as a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Sagesse University.
