Balraj Atwal is an experienced Senior Agile Scrum Master and Delivery Lead with a strong background in transforming Agile methodologies across various industries. Currently at Admiral Group Plc since April 2021, Balraj is driving Google Cloud Platform transformations for Admiral Insurance. Prior positions include Senior Scrum Master roles at James Hay Partnership, Barclays, and Isotrak, where Balraj successfully delivered banking platforms and enhanced organizational agility. Earlier experience includes technical leadership roles at ASTECH CONSULTANTS LIMITED, Dial-a-Phone, and Volkswagen Financial Services, focusing on web-based solutions and complex project delivery. Balraj holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Paisley, along with a Professional Scrum Master certification.
