Dale O'Connor

Dale O'Connor is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of R&D at Admiral Group Plc since February 2019, where Dale leads a team focused on innovative solutions to enhance customer service and explore new product ideas. Prior to this role, Dale held prominent positions at CafeX Communications as SVP of Product Engineering and Software Development Manager, along with significant experience at Avaya as Product Lead and Team Leader, and at Ubiquity Software as Team Leader and Software Engineer. Dale's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham, completed between 1991 and 1994.
