Justin Lim

Justin Lim has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience and digital management. Justin is currently working as a User Experience Lead at admiral.digital since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kohler Co. as a Digital Manager from February 2016 to August 2018, where they played a key role in project management, budgeting, and vendor management for regional and local product catalogue websites. Justin also worked at AKQA as a Senior User Experience Architect from May 2015 to February 2016, focusing on creating innovative experiences for Nike's integrated marketing campaigns in Mainland China. Before that, Justin worked at APD as a User Experience Manager from November 2012 to April 2015, where they championed the UX aspects of projects and managed a team of UX professionals. Justin started their career at Next Digital (now APD) as a Creative Lead for Ford Client Team, where they provided guidance and coaching to junior designers, and later as a Senior Web Designer for various clients. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design, project management, and team leadership.

Justin Lim has a history of pursuing education at RMIT University. In 2000, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Arts in Electronic Design and Interactive Media. In 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Multimedia. In 2003, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Science, focusing on Internet and Web Computing.
