Kim Boney has extensive experience in learning experience design, currently serving as Learning Experience Design Lead at Sponge since January 2020, following previous roles including Senior Learning Experience Designer and Learning Experience Designer within the same organization. Prior to this, Kim worked at Kura (CS) Ltd from September 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included Learning And Development Specialist and Learning And Development Trainer during a secondment. Kim Boney holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Medical Biochemistry, both obtained from the University of Glasgow between 2008 and 2012.
