With a career spanning over two decades, he has led multiple International projects in the Film Post Production world.

Known to be a result-driven multifaceted individual with strong Client-centric & People Management skills, Nixon has been hands-on in Production Operations, Training and has an agile approach to Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Project management with varied knowledge in enabling Business Transformation, Process Simplification, Standardization & Automation of projects. All the while focusing on increasing Business productivity, backed with valuable Operational experience in leading large teams and successfully delivering projects.

Nixon holds a master's degree in business administration & prior to joining Adnet, he held leadership roles in multinational firms varied from BPO-ITes & Post Production Studio.
