Jill Jakober Carney

Jill Jakober Carney is an accomplished consultant and business leader with extensive experience in operations and contractual oversight. Currently serving as a Consultant at Adnet, Inc. since September 2019 and as President of JJ Consulting Services LLC since October 2014, Jill specializes in capture support, operational analysis, and risk mitigation. Previous roles include EVP of Operations at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation and Vice President positions at LongView International Technology Solutions and Shipcom Wireless, along with significant leadership experience at KGS and HP (EDS). Jill holds a BA in English and French from Gettysburg College, which was earned from 1984 to 1988.
