Karine Relander is a seasoned legal expert with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance Departments and Associate General Counsel at ADNOC Distribution since April 2022, Karine manages complex legal matters including M&A, joint ventures, and contracts related to oil and gas as well as retail. Prior roles include Group General Counsel at Talem Group, where legal oversight spanned logistic and fuel supply sectors, and Group General Counsel & Head of Insurance at Supreme Group, focusing on corporate M&A in Africa and the Middle East.
