Nicole Clouthier

Nicole Clouthier currently serves as General Counsel at ADNOC Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Clouthier was General Counsel at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office from September 2022 to December 2023 and worked as an Independent Legal Services and Project Development Consultant at Twelve12 Consultancy from February 2017 to August 2022. A sabbatical was taken from May 2014 to January 2018. Clouthier's earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel for Mubadala Real Estate & Infrastructure from May 2007 to April 2014 and as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from September 2000 to April 2007. Clouthier holds a BSC in English and German Law from the University of Kent, completed between 1995 and 1999, and received education at Deutsche Schule London from 1985 to 1995.
