Caroline Böcker

Caroline Bonacci currently serves as the General Manager of Operations at S.Kidman, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Caroline was the Chief Technology Officer at Propel Group from November 2019 to June 2024, where significant contributions were made to implement advanced technology for operational excellence and strategic growth. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer and Retail Operations Consultant at Scanlan Theodore for 20 years, managing IT projects and facilitating store openings. Caroline's consulting role at Total Retail Solutions from 2010 to 2013 involved collaborating with various Australian retailers, while earlier experience at Total Retail Solutions from 1995 to 2010 focused on point of sale software and supporting retailers transitioning to direct-to-consumer models. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from RMIT University.
